Stagecoach 2017 Transportation and Lodging

Coachella isn’t the only exciting festival coming to Palm Springs this April. Similar to Coachella, but also very different, Stagecoach is a country music festival being held April 28th, 29th and 30th at the Empire Polo Club. With far fewer acts, Stagecoach is in general a much smaller production. Attendance last year tallied in at 63,000 people. So bring on the cowboy boots, we have your guide to Stagecoach 2017.

You obviously can’t attend the festival without passes. The only passes that are currently available are general admission ($329) and Corral Reserved Seating ($899). General admission will get you into the festival everyday and that’s about it. Corral Reserved Seating sections are in front of the main stage directly behind the standing pit. A couple notes: wristbands will be scanned when entering/exiting the seating area. A commemorative laminate will be included with reserved seating wristbands indicating seat location. You must have both wristband and laminate to access your seat at all times.

From what we can tell, camping on site for Stagecoach is not an option unless you are in a RV, which unfortunately, all spots are taken so Craigslist might be your best option when trying to purchase a RV pass. While there are other RV camp sites, as well as traditional tent camping sites, they are all a bit pricey and very few are close by. However, there are plenty of hotel options around. Hotel/Air BnB prices skyrocket during these times so finding a hotel a little ways away and riding a bike to the grounds might be your best bet.
