• Chauffeur’s temperatures are taken at the beginning of their shift
• Chauffeurs must wear a mask and gloves at all times for your protection
• Dividers have been added to each vehicle between our Chauffeurs and Clients
• Before and after each trip, vehicles are sanitized with hospital grade disinfectant
• HEPA filters have been placed in each vehicle’s air system and changed regularly
• Removal of all printed reading material from the seat back pockets
• Removal of waters in the vehicle beverage holders (waters available upon request)
• Hand sanitizer and sanitary wipes will be available in the passenger compartment for Chauffeurs and Clients

As the world health community continues to monitor closely the emergence of “Coronavirus” (COVID-19), first and foremost, we have adopted practices to protect the health of employees, clients and others.

We have asked all employees to cooperate in taking steps to reduce the transmission of communicable diseases in the workplace.

Employees are reminded of the following:

• Wash your hands frequently with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
• Cover your mouth with tissues whenever you sneeze, and discard used tissues in the trash.
• Avoid people who are sick with respiratory symptoms.
• Clean frequently touched surfaces.

Temporary modifications to operations:

• Removal of all printed and reading materials from the seat-back pockets.
• Removal of waters in the vehicle beverage holders to limit physical handling and material sharing between passengers. (waters will be available upon request)
• Hand sanitizer and sanitary wipes will be available in the passenger compartment for chauffeurs and clients to use.
• Chauffeurs will wear gloves and masks during entire shift to prevent and protect you against the potential spread of the virus.
• Before and after passengers enter the vehicle chauffeur to wipe down ALL seats with Clorox disinfecting antibacterial wipes.
• The spraying of Lysol disinfectant spray inside the vehicles while air to circulate through the air conditioning system.
